Refund policy

We have a free return policy for 72 hours from the time of delivery. Once you receive the order and if you don’t like it, you can return easily within 72 hours from the time of delivery. T&C applied.

Note: For orders from outside India we do not support returns and exchange currently.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 
NOTE: Returns and Refunds are not available for items purchased through the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and the deeva ki amazing deals or any bundle offer; however, they can be exchanged for similar or less costly products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

We are sad to hear that you want to cancel the order, we would have loved if you would have tried our sarees to see how beautiful they look on you! Anyways, Currently we do not have option to cancel the saree once the order is placed, you can choose to not accept it at the time of the delivery.

1. Pictures shown on the product page are for the reference only. The color of the actual product might vary slightly due to lighting and other environmental effects.

2. Please check the description of the product before making a purchase.

3. We can only refund orders worth less than ₹4999, Order worth more than that can be exchanged.
